Holding donuts and coffee?

[ Innocently, she holds up both to show him that she's keeping them secure. Her sleep shorts are tiny, so it barely looks like she's wearing them with the way they're riding up. ]

Eyes on the road, Tyler.

[cowboyscientist]

I can multitask.

[ But he does pull his attention back to the road and takes a deep, slow breath. ]

I think you're doing this on purpose now.

[tornadotamer]

Doing what? I'm just holding the donuts like you asked.

[ She smiles sweetly over at him. Like a butter couldn't melt in her mouth. It's only the mischief that twinkles in her eyes that gives her away. ]

[cowboyscientist]

You're playin' dumb.

[ Or maybe she's getting her revenge. ]

Don't make me crash the truck.

[tornadotamer]

What, no I'm not.

[ She's definitely getting her revenge. He's the one that decide to poke the bear and wake her up. ]

Focus on driving or else you won't get a taste of... donuts.

How is that fair?

[ His attention swivels back to the road and he clears his throat. He was fine, he was cool, he was good. ]

I got this.

What's unfair about it?

[ She decides to help herself to another donut. The box stays in her bare lap as she takes her time nibbling on it and sipping her coffee. The glazed doesn't make any mess compared to the other types he's gotten. ]

We're almost back anyway.

[cowboyscientist]

You're right, we are.

[ Thank god. He pulls the truck back into its spot and looks over at her, sighing. ]

Come on, let's get out. I'll get the donuts, you keep that blanket around you.

[tornadotamer]

Why? Am I that distracting?

[ She finishes her donut and decides that's all the donuts she needs. She feels satisfied and a little hyped up on sugar. Handing him the box, she grabs her blanket and her coffee and slips out. It's cold enough that she does bundle up, but not because he's told her to. ]

[cowboyscientist]

Yes.

[ He says it plainly, taking the donut box and moves to get out, holding it protectively. ]

You're very distracting even in that get up.

[tornadotamer]

[ She laughs brightly as she leads the way back. It is cold. The blanket is barely enough protection against the cold wind. She quickly lets them in, making a beeline for the couch. ]

Shall I drop the blanket now?

[cowboyscientist]

Please.

[ Tyler manages to get the box of donuts down on a table so he can come to the edge of the couch and look down at her. ]

Would love to see that right now.

[tornadotamer]

[ The response he gets is the blanket thrown at him. She lounges on the couch and grins at him, arms above her head to really stretch out. ]

There you go.

[cowboyscientist]

That is patently unfair.

[ Does he mean the blanket or the way she looks? He's not specifying. He tosses the blanket aside. ]

I was gonna eat all these donuts but now I got other things on my mind.

Like what?

[ Her tank top rides up her stomach a little with her stretch. She watches him with mischief, trying to see what his next move will be. ]

Something better than donuts?

[cowboyscientist]

[ Tyler stares at her because she is so doing this on purpose. ]

Do you think I could both eat the donuts and you at the same time?

[tornadotamer]

Tyler!

[ She sits up and laughs. She raises a finger in warning at him, eyeing him and the box. ]

You'll make a huge mess!

[cowboyscientist]

So?

[ What's so bad about that? He grins and comes closer. ]

You're acting like I'm gonna dump the donuts on you.

[tornadotamer]

The donuts you like? They have all kinds of stuff going on.

[ She scoots back on the couch and gives him a warning look. She even grabs a pillow to use if needed. ]

I'm serious!

[cowboyscientist]

I'm serious too.

[ Tyler looks in the box of donuts, picks one out that's frosted in chocolate and tosses it at her.

Because he can and he wants to see what she does. He grins widely. ]

[ She squeaks and quickly throw her hands up to catch it. She fumbles with it close to her chest. It smears chocolate on her palm and along her neck. Her face twists into a grimace before she shoots him a glare. ]

Tyler!

[cowboyscientist]

What?

[ He tries to not laugh and he fails before moving to sit down beside her. ]

Want me to lick that off you?

[tornadotamer]

You better!

[ Or she's going to smear the chocolate on him. This is going to be a huge mess. She just knows it. ]

I hope you're happy.

[cowboyscientist]

Maye this was my master plan all along.

[ It hadn't been but hey, it's good that it worked out that way. He kneels down on the sofa near her and slides close, reaching out to lick at some of the chocolate on her skin. ]

[ She shivers at the drag of his tongue against her skin. Maybe it isn't so bad to have chocolate smeared on her skin if it means this. Her tone comes out a breathy sigh. She smears some chocolate along her cleavage. ]
